Recruitment:

  • Design and develop user interfaces in a java based web application contributing in all phases of a development life cycle
  • Provide the user interface solution to the end-user including look, feel, and behavior
  • Create interaction models, user task flows, screen designs, and a UI toolbox that promote ease-of-use and regulatory compliance (Section 508/WCAG)
  • Establish, maintain, and enforce UI standards throughout the application
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input throughout the creative process for the work of your teammates
  • Conceptualize new and improved user interfaces, starting from requirements gathered by Product Owners and Architects
  • Quickly develop functional prototypes to demonstrate concepts and support iterative usability reviews
  • Partner with software architects and developers to ensure that prototyping techniques and technologies translate to the web-based solution (or even better: produce standards-compliant front end code using HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, and other related browser-based UI frameworks such as jQuery, YUI, Ext JS)
  • Present complex sets of data in ways that are easy to comprehend
  • Excitement for new UI/UX design and development trends and the technologies that enable them
  • Well-versed in fundamental visual and interactive design principals
  • Fluent in front-end web development languages, i.e., HTML, CSS, and Javascript

Recruitment and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
  • 8+ years of SQL design and development experience with Microsoft SQL Server, versions 2008 through 2016 required, SQL Server 2017 experience a plus
  • 6+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server development (T-SQL) including extensive use of stored procedures, database optimization, database design, and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) development
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis, data consolidation, data auditing, and data normalization in very large enterprise environments.
  • Experienced with troubleshooting SQL and OS performance issues and errors using all available resources
  • Ability to collaborate with enterprise architects to recommend architectural standard improvements
  • Experience designing automated processing, data validation, error checks and alerts, and performance testing techniques
  • Prefers experience (or at least exposure) with SSIS, SSAS (Multidimensional and Tabular), SSRS, PowerBI analytical tools
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, and time management skills
  • Experience working with Data Migration projects is a plus
  • Working in an Agile development environment is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.

Job Description

  • 5+ years of recent experience in Cloud and IT transition, transformation, and migration management
  • IT Project Manager manages multiple projects to assess existing hosting security controls, and plan for the migration of existing applications to NIST Moderate controls.
  • Works closely with IT consultants, architects, technical leads, compliance analysts, and engineers in translating IT strategic goals, roadmaps, and business requirements into future state architectures designed to leverage the cutting-edge functionality.
  • Understands the adoption challenges in migrating infrastructure and application portfolios and will be able to bridge the gaps during the migration strategy design process.
  • The ideal candidate will have an established background in traditional hosted transition projects for n-tier enterprise architectures.
  • Identify, document, and escalate any performance issues and skills deficiencies of members of the project team to the appropriate management team.
  • Prepare sample or high-level project plans to satisfy Customer requirements to identify potential implementation options and provide recommendations on implementation approaches.
  • Follow established change management procedures should project plans or schedules be used.
  • Ensure project designs and specifications provide a reliable blue print for implementation.
  • Oversee the knowledge management activities of the delivery team using a knowledge server or a comparable tool.
  • PMP certification is preferred.

Web Developer Requirements And Responsibilities

  • Three years of experience programming in C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL databases
  • Experience using Source Control such as Git, SVN, or RFS is required
  • Experience in an agile development methodology is highly preferred
  • Must be able to work 100% onsite at client location for duration of the four-month project

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following process engineering, military (supply chain, analytics and/or engineering); or LEAN/Six Sigma Black belt and 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following process engineering, military (supply chain, analytics or engineering)

Desired Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, engineering, or physics
  • Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) software such as iGrafx
  • Knowledge and understanding of Statistical Analysis software such as Minitab
  • Facilitation skills such as Helix
  • Change Management skills such as Prosci/ADKAR
