This role will be responsible for the following:
- Manage onsite promotional calendar to enable high conversion rates while increasing Average Order Value, and maintaining or improving Operating Income.
- Manage and expand a card-linked marketing channel portfolio of vendors to grow sales and loyalty through this unique channel.
- Work with the agency, digital marketing and partners to develop online and in-store affiliate programs that are designed to increase engagement, traffic, conversion and revenue.
- Owns budget and evolution of overall affiliate campaign strategy, including oversight of all day-to-day facets of marketing campaigns and presents results to leadership.
- Manage and monitor daily performance across all channels and course-correcting as necessary.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Affiliate and partner teams communicating effectively with all parties, to strategically grow the channel.
- Help conceptualize, launch and promote new creative, custom offers, advertising ideas and campaigns in defined channels.
- Stay up to date on new online opportunities, betas possible trial publishers; attend publisher events and conferences, representing the business.
- Define a measurement and learning framework, evolving benchmarks and goals for various initiatives.
- Design and implement testing methodologies that substantiate the impact of digital marketing strategies and tactics on omnichannel sales and revenue.
- Synthesize campaign learnings and communicate data-driven recommendations and best practices to the digital marketing and brand teams on an ad-hoc or regular basis.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing and Analytics teams to identify growth areas and for the channels.
- Support budgeting, accrual, and forecasting processes.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Demonstrated analytical skills with proven record to drive the evolution of a program through the application of data insights
- Experience working with affiliate networks and e-commerce promotions
- Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in using web analytic tools, i.e. Google Analytics, Omniture, Core metrics
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint and business intelligence tool
