Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate in a B2B agile marketing environment with the internal marketing team and senior management to manage exciting projects that include, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social and Content Marketing, Content Development as well as other various marketing projects such as:

  • Increase brand awareness, consistency, and products to targeted audiences
  • Assist with the planning, scheduling, and execution of programs and campaigns ensuring they are on time, on target and within budget
  • Develop, implement and support digital marketing efforts to enhance customer awareness, acquisition, and support for MicroD.
  • Work with vendors to ensure scope requirements are met for content and other digital marketing development projects
  • Measure B2B campaign effectiveness using digital tools and the department KPIs to exceed or adjust to meet expectations
  • Coordinate and support SEO projects in alignment with team initiatives and industry trends
  • Collaborate with team members to manage SEM campaign deliverables on Facebook, Google, Bing, LinkedIn as well as other digital media placements
  • Analyze data/metrics and create reports and provide feedback

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of Digital Marketing experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google productivity suite (Docs, Drive, and Excel in particular)
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads
  • Strong proven experience with SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with keyword research, Onsite optimization, and keyword tracking tools like SEMRush, Majestic or similar systems
  • General understanding of WordPress
  • Experience with topic research, website content writing, email writing, and blogging
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage projects with limited oversight
  • Experience with managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong ability to partner and work in a collaborative team environment
