Responsibilities:
- Operate and extend Rhythm prospect/customer database (Hubspot)
- Support identification of new targets (companies and individuals) and
- ensure accuracy of contact and contextual information
- Develop and deliver sales pipeline and forecasting reports
- Coordinate and support preparations for client meetings
- Coordinate with marketing for campaign segmentation and execution
- Ensure responsiveness and completion of lead qualification activities
- Coordinate and support sales events and conferences
- Assist with special projects as required
Experience:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- simultaneously
- Exceptional oral and written communication
- Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
- MS Office software skills are required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,
- Outlook)
- HubSpot experience (certification a plus)
