Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Devise a strategic digital marketing and digital advertising strategy to drive results that align with the Division’s goals and objectives
- Implement national initiatives and identify local digital trends in partnership with Division’s marketing team, Corporate Communications, and Ad Agency
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and relevance of all digital information on all sites including com
- Leverage unique data sets and social media to analyze and develop digital strategies to support communities’ digital marketing campaigns
- Drive a strategy lending to the low cost per traffic, cost per lead, cost per sale, and total digital costs
- Partner with the Division, Corporate Communications, and iCrossing to ensure the Division is utilizing the latest in SEM Strategies
- Direct ad agency to ensure digital ad compliance and alignment with Regional and Corporate branding as well as legal standards
- Create and drive a content strategy that drives conversions and lead engagement
- Conduct in-depth assessments of the performance of digital marketing campaigns, events, and digital marketing efforts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Present findings to the Division’s management team to support business plan development, forecasting, and future implementation.
- Leverage digital marketing analytic tools to recognize the impact of website changes and identify Division digital opportunities to optimize campaign performance
- Identify software resources to aid in the Division’s Digital Marketing Strategy success
- Improve SEO Rankings through keywords, blog posts, and continually updating all content on Lennar.com through collaboration with the Corporate Digital Data Analyst
- Present monthly report on competitions digital and social media activities to the Division Leadership team and adjust the Division’s digital marketing initiatives
- Enhance engagement of Division Social Media Sites by analyzing ad performance through Sprinklr (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and Instagram and any new sites deemed effective).
- Oversee the creation of unique video and photo content to be posted on social media sites and Lennar.com by Ad Agency
- Division’s SiteCore (Lennar.com Content Management System) subject matter expert to advise on editing content and images.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent, preferred
- 5 to 8 years of Digital Marketing Experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of direct or indirect leadership roles preferred
- Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Reader program skills are preferred
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations
- Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of major social media sites and digital trends are preferred
- Extensive Internet exposure and/or Internet consumer experience required
- Requires resourcefulness, patience, clarity and strong project management and motivational skills
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
