Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media presence with daily social media content, messages, and comments responsiveness. Conduct research to find valuable and relevant content to post.
- In collaboration with wider eCommerce and digital marketing team, build, coordinate and execute key marketing initiatives across multiple online platforms and customers working within the framework – this includes addressing business drivers like traffic, conversion, content, and onsite/offsite merchandising.
- Analyze, report and track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives for eCommerce using all available data and key metrics to help drive actionable ideas and efficiencies in marketing or retailer strategy.
- B2C E-commerce - partner with the sales team to drive eCommerce business objectives like content targeting, digital shelf optimization, etc. with real-time EC data analysis. Provide industry best practice services to ensure business processes, systems, and key metrics
- effectively support the delivery of eCommerce marketing objectives.
- Identify eCommerce deficits and dedicate proper resources to bridge deficits and grow the online presence.
Preferred Education, Abilities, and Experience
- Positive attitude and bright personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of social media and video tools; proficient in the use of design software and Microsoft suite; experience creating print and digital media including, but not limited to: infographics, motion graphics, media guide
- design, posters, flyers, web advertising, facility graphics, and other promotional materials. Strong writing, editing, and verbal skills preferred.
