UI/UX DESIGNER SME REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Proven portfolio of designing projects: Designing reports and thinking through information flow of reports and how they present data
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and In-Vision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and to help lead the product team
• Strong technically in front end technologies: Angular 4+, HTML, CSS, HTML 5
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent

UI/UX DESIGNER SME RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with business partners and software engineers

• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

• Designing graphic user interface elements

• Creating process flows for digital solutions

• Developing both low and high fidelity UI mockups and prototypes

• Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

• Preparing and presenting rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

• Adjusting designs based on user feedback

• Adhering to style standards on fonts, colors and images

• Guiding junior UX designers and providing feedback to team members on usability, process, and style;

• Working on complex user experiences

• Researching and establishing best practices for UX.
