What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Security or similar discipline is preferred.
• Five or more years of industry-related experience.
• Three or more years of directly related to development and scripting.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Splunk experience.
• Program and Scripting Experience, especially Python, and Regex. Perl, Java, and related programming languages.
• Experience creating and using JSON-based RESTful web services APIs.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive process improvements and identify gaps.
• Proactive in engaging with customers, client executives and other Verizon teams.
• Be able to work independently.
