What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three or more years of Consulting Firm or Product Management experience.
• Ability to interact at senior leadership levels and excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate with a purpose that provides insight and direction to the business.
• Ability to coach, mentor and train others within Verizon and have the ability to educate key stakeholders on the benefits of a proposed approach.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure cohesive efforts toward a shared goal.
• Technical background to enable qualification and distinction between sometimes complex conflicting alternatives in solution creation/delivery.
• Written and verbal communication skills, in addition to analytical skills.
