REQUIREMENTS

• Project Management or Coordination experience (can be academic or from an internship)
• Fundamental Knowledge and Experience of software development and/or programming in any language
• Understanding of Database Structure
• BS in Industrial Engineering or related discipline

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project coordination with both internal to CenturyLink and with CenturyLink's customers.
• Project coordination with automation engineers and end users to define, design, implement, and operationalize the best business systems.
• Data capture, data entry, and reaching out to either the partner, account manager, engineer, or customer to resolve any issues.
• Drive continuous improvement activities using Plan/Do/Check/Act principals.
• Deliver data mining to uncover & resolve inconsistencies and provide linkage between multiple sources.
• Identify/Analyze process risks/issues and inefficiencies.
