What You'll Do:
- Perform data-driven analysis and optimization to drive business results
- Build digital campaigns from the ground up and see them through to execution with effective use of tools, technology, and resources
- Launch different types of tests, such as A/B, Multi-armed Bandit, Time-Series, etc. those match hypotheses and stakeholder goals to improve performance
- Influence business, marketing, and partner decisions with your communication of performance variations or initiative progress whenever relevant
- Make business decisions with an understanding of the full-funnel scope of your role
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing channel
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Proven bias-to-action to drive business initiatives forward
- A team player willing to work with multiple stakeholders to drive projects through to completion
- A strategic thinker who can influence business decisions using data
- Advanced experience with Excel
Even Better :
- Working knowledge of SQL and Google Analytics implementation
