What will you do?
- Recurring and ad hoc integrated reporting to help business units assess health and performance
- Assess and improve efficiencies and automation to permit time for proactive support and insights
- Maintenance of existing and to-be-built reports and processes
- Methodologies to determine ROI of various marketing efforts
- Exploration of complex and novel data sources within the organization for use in future reporting and analysis
- Relationship management between analytics and partners (marketers, executives, cross-divisional groups)
- Enable stakeholders and teammates with documentation of techniques, best practices, conducting training sessions, etc.
- Continual self-education to improve techniques and evolve our analytics processes and strategy
- Domestic and international travel 10% or less of the time
How will you get here?
- Bachelor’s degree or above required
- 3 years of data experience required: web, digital media, BI, CRM, data lakes etc.
- Expertise in PowerBI data transformation, integration, processes, optimization, and visualization required
- Strong experience with Cognos (or similar)
- Advanced MS Excel
- Programming languages: SQL, R, Python, etc.

- Statistics
- Tagging implementation/QA
- Data Science
- Marketing experience
