Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies

• Knowledge in standard development tools, programming languages, and technologies such as Microsoft Visual C#.NET; Microsoft ASP.NET; HTML;
• Knowledge of CSS; XML; JavaScript; Responsive Design; database platforms and tools such as Microsoft SQL Server; XML
• Support relational database structures and write SQL scripts for database queries;
• Application architectures, tools, and frameworks for Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, 2010, 2012 and above, including Microsoft .NET framework; web servers
• Must be proficient at using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Website management such as work with Content Management Systems such as DNN, Drupal, Plone, Joomla • Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Search Console
• Experience with version control such as Subversion, Git
• Ability to troubleshoot site issues across browsers, operating systems, devices
• Experience with site migrations
• Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills and the ability to translate business and technical ideas and issues into clear and concise language
• Employees should be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with some computer-related coursework from an appropriately accredited university;
• Associate's Degree in Computer Programming from an appropriately accredited university; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
