What You’ll Do

  • Support and contribute to the development of custom digital experiences on deloitte.com and related sites, ensuring Deloitte brand standards and modern web development best practices.
  • Aid and advise on the processes, technology, and tools used for custom web development.
  • Mentor and reinforce a team of web development professionals through changes to keep pace with emerging technologies.
  • A key contributor to web development testing, personalization, analytics tagging.
  • Oversee cross-functional technical projects and programs. These include; project/program definition, business analysis, requirements gathering, resource planning, execution, release, and post-management.
  • Point of contact for cross-functional technical projects and programs. These include; project/program execution, requirements gathering, technical execution, and deployment.
  • Support platform and IT-related needs, such as product updates and site administration.
  • Identify improvements within the creative marketing process and capabilities.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 3 or more years technical product and project lead experience delivering best-in-class digital media experiences, preferably as part of a team designing, developing and managing external business websites.
  • 5 or more years of experience as a web developer, up-to-date proficiencies with hand-coding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including experience with related programming libraries and frameworks, and a familiarity with software repositories and other technical collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of web best practices in regard to user experience, code usability, browser testing, search optimization and personalization A/B testing.
  • Strong people skills working with colleagues, project management, business stakeholders and technical advisors.
  • Ability to communicate priorities, mitigate impacts, and manage multiple technical projects especially when requirements change as new business discoveries or industry compliance dictate.
  • Provide insights from experiences for flexible, future-friendly processes in regard to technical development and deployment.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Marketing Cloud tools, including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
  • Preferred experience with developing data visualization graphics and interactive content and familiarity with marketing automation and Cross-Channel Marketing technologies.
