Responsibilities
- Design engaging and intuitive employee experiences.
- Collaborate with the intranet product owner and the rest of the team to develop and execute strategies for the digital workplace.
- Creatively leverage Office 365 tools to design great employee experiences.
- Create wireframes, site maps, prototypes and other design artifacts by working collaboratively with the product team and site owners.
- Conduct UX site audits to support site owners and help ensure quality standards are met.
- Leverage and contribute to our internal design system.
- Employ design thinking tools, such as journey mapping, sketching and other workshop techniques, to help drive creative solutions.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent information architecture and content strategy skills.
- Expert in wireframing and prototyping tools and techniques.
- Deep understanding of user interface design patterns and best practices.
- Experience in designing responsive sites.
- Experience in user research methodologies including usability testing, card sorting, web analytics, field studies and heuristic analysis.
- Experience or familiar with modern design tools such as Sketch, Figma or Adobe XD.
- Ability to work within and contribute to design systems and style guides.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with influence in cross-functional project teams.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with intranet information architecture and design, particularly in Office 365 and SharePoint (classic/modern) environments.
- Experience in designing mobile websites and applications.
