Primary job responsibility:
- Serve as a subject matter expert TBM on IBA IT Planning
- Perform plan refresh steps for the 3 phases of month close, which are headcount refresh, OpEx financial refresh, and the full financial refresh; maintain close calendar with finance and manage communications to end users
- Collaborate on and develop change management, communications, and training with IT cost center owners and other key stakeholders on TBM process, tool changes, and enhancements
- Roll out regular tool enhancements, testing new functionality and communicating impact to end users
- Manage forecast and budget creation, submission and closure monthly, including managing reference data
- Import, transform, and rationalize data from systems of record like general ledger, fixed assets, Oracle, Service Now, etc.
- Coordinate the implementation and delivery of monthly financial reporting in partnership with the Finance team and other key stakeholders
- Manage incidents and troubleshoot data issues, solutions configurations, and performance and other issues with IT Planning
- Perform user administration activities for IT Planning
- Document processes and practices through knowledge base articles and perform updates and maintenance of our internal Mojo site
- Assist other technology business management analysts in support of tool and process improvements for other TBM capabilities
Required skills:
- Solid understanding of and experience with financial management processes and best practices, like budgeting, forecasting, accounting practices, expense types, project planning, and program portfolio management
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with multiple levels of management and associates across the organization
- Skilled at working with large data sets, quickly detecting and resolving data-related issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
The following are considered a plus:
- In-depth understanding of the TBM framework, concepts, and best practices
- Solid IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or service management background
- Advanced analytical and data analysis skills
