Qualifications
Basic

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred

• At least 4 years of experience in development and maintenance with TIBCO BW, EMS, BC.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle (Requirement Analysis, Design, Development)
• Experience in Oracle DB, Unix Commands / Scripts
• Experience in healthcare domain
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Strong Analytical skills to analyze critical production situations and come up with suggestions to resolve issues.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment is must.
