Principle Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the successful execution of the Systems & Application Security, strategy and roadmap
  • Deliver on program goals and manage stakeholders expectations
  • Responsible for the management of program and projects schedules, scope, cost, risks, quality and resources.
  • Develop program and project plans and track day-to-day progress against plans and technical and business requirements
  • Engage and manage external vendors in the procurement of services and products. Drive value delivery according to the statements of work
  • Being resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities
  • Uses program and project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
  • Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, time line issues appropriately.
  • Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
  • Responsible for meeting all reporting requirements
  • Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
  • Manages one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity
  • Selects appropriate work procedures or approaches to address technical or functional challenges
  • Lead and motivate project teams effective

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in project management. 5+ years in program management
  • Demonstrated track record managing enterprise wide programs with extensive experience working with the business and in delivering results
  • Previous experience in a PMO implementing standards and monitoring project performance across the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and independent working relationships with senior level managers and corporate partners; ability to overcome obstacles to achieve goals through being organizational savvy and possessing high level of emotional intelligence
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver concise and effective communication to executives.
  • Possess strong leadership skills and able to drive organizational change.
  • Possess broad knowledge of information technology including infrastructure, data warehousing, and applications. Must have a strong understanding of relevant methodologies in project management and Agile/Scrum software development.
  • Strong negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and influence positively a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong work ethic and ownership mentality
  • Expert knowledge of creating business requirements, work plans, project schedules and associated project materials
  • Must demonstrate the motivation and ability to move a team towards the organization’s strategic vision and possess the ability to develop and coach direct and non-direct reports
  • Professional level capabilities with business/project management tools (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, or technology field or equivalent experience.
