CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with UX Designer and digital marketing team to provide art direction and mock-ups for digital marketing assets, including website design, email templates, landing pages and social media images and gifs
- Create and maintain brand identity across all marketing touchpoints, both digital and print.
- Conceptualize the visual components that support marketing campaigns and event themes. Develop presentations in Keynote for large corporate events.
- Brainstorm with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to develop new strategies geared toward customer acquisition or retention, or increasing event registration and attendance.
- Provide graphic support for blog posts and other MarCom initiatives.
- Create print collateral for magazine publication, event materials, signage, sales training tools and other materials as required to support our independent business owners.
- Manage external vendor partners and contractors, as needed.
- Manage and facilitate work through the graphic queue using a dynamic workspace tool, Podio (or other).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, specifically with mockups and multimedia presentation
- Ability to effectively collaborate with peers and be self-directed, as needed
- Able to think both strategically & tactically to propose and execute design solutions
- Skilled in design across multiple mediums: email, Keynote presentations, web, social media, print materials, etc.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects to meet overall business needs.
- Must be entrepreneurial-minded and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly.
- Able to interact with various departments and levels of positions, including top executives
- Ability to support event production team with graphics experience during an event a plus.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related field
- 7+ years demonstrated experience in a Graphic Designer role
- 3+ years in a management role
- Direct Sales or telecommunications experience a plus.
