Specific responsibilities include:
Provide technical support to peers on CRM/RPA Platform
Manage release operations for assigned products and teams
Recommend changes to improve established development processes
Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications
Enable complex deployment in CRM/RPA ecosystem
Build and Deploy code according to the technical specifications, detailed design, maintainability, coding and efficiency standards
Must have strong troubleshooting skills
Participate in cross-functional projects & initiatives
Design, architect and evolve automation processes used across the development life cycle
Provide expertise and knowledge around managed packages and general packaging on CRM/RPA
Required Qualifications
7+ years of application development and implementation experience
4+ years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools
3+ years of Salesforce developer experience
2+ years of automation experience
