Requirement
- Secure Collaboration related infrastructure security improvements
- Ensure our global AD/Exchange/Skype for Business deliver business value
- Drive a common global AD/Exchange/ Skype for Business architecture
- Drive our sourcing partners and secure adequate setup, design and well-working operation.
- Keeping monitoring systems updated
- Driving or being a member of projects and groups within the range of the Collaboration area.
- Support in reporting and analysis of Service metrics
- Contribute to improving selected ITIL process for the services
- Securing establishment and continuous improvements of processes for well-defined Service requests and operations
- Contribute to the Collaboration Services roadmap
- Securing that the Service Catalogue and CMDB for Collaboration services are up to date
We are looking for someone with the following experience
- Superior knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory.
- Experience of Exchange and Skype for Business/Teams/O365 in an enterprise environment is a plus.
- Working knowledge of the relevant technologies (E.g. Microsoft AD 2016/2019, Azure AD, Exchange 2016/2019, Skype for Business/MS Teams, O365).
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, plus 5 years of experience in technical support in an Enterprise environment is required
- MCSA / MCSE Certifications desired
- ITIL certifications are a strong plus
