Responsibilities for the QA Lead/Architect include:

• Lead a small team of 2-3 QA Engineers
• Research and select tools and technologies for the environment
• Understand the current environment and establish QA processes and best practices
• Design and lead the development of the test automation framework

Requirements for the QA Lead/Architect include:

• Over 7 years of professional QA experience testing web based applications
• Experience architecting and developing a test automation framework leveraging industry trending technologies
• Previous experience leading a small team
• Java skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and/or relevant work experience
