Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ability to work with teams effectively

  • Create and execute manual test cases
  • Attend and participate in team and organizational initiatives
  • Performs tool evaluations and gives recommendations
  • Learn how to create, analyzes and reports metrics that provide insight into QA team performance
  • Has the ability to learn and adjust rapidly; embraces change; has an experimental attitude when looking for solutions; comfortable working with unfamiliar tasks; grasps quickly the systems and processes that they are working on
  • Uses logic and analytical methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; appropriately utilizes resources available to them to resolve issues such as test data and environment problems; has excellent objective analysis skills; provides next steps, recommendations and/or solutions
  • Practices continuous learning, acquiring new skills and knowledge frequently; keeps abreast of new technologies, processes and/or products; determines when and how to apply them using methodical, thorough, and accurate approach
