- Work with business leads, various control teams, compliance and other partners to continually enhance processes, planning/prioritization, and project implementation activities
- -Assist various stakeholder constituencies by acting as a thought leader for strategic planning activities; identifying project framework, coordinating on integration into operating model, defining resource needs and navigating resource-demand management processes
- -Demonstrate leadership and influencing skills in strategic planning, priority setting and alignment of project and work priorities with business strategy and leaders across multiple organizations
- -Ensure successful execution of each project and request, including driving any required escalation, resolution of resource gaps/dependencies while meeting all required change management controls
- -Ability build strong senior level presentation materials and tell the story to drive action
- -Demonstrate superior judgment to mitigate risk. Foster an environment where risk/controls are anticipated and proactively addressed.
- -Management reporting including creation, collation & publishing of regional & functional dashboards

Skills Required:
- -15+ years of Financial Services industry experience with a solid understanding of core banking products.
- -15 + years related project/program management and/or strategic planning/delivery experience including 3-5+ years people management experience, preferably leading senior project delivery personnel
- -Outstanding relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills; ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications
- -Strong understanding of Project Management concepts, SDLC methodologies and Operating models (Agile & Waterfall)
- -Worked on projects in Banking or Wealth Management domain (preferably US), preferably in Mortgages, Lending, Sales, Analytics and/or financial accounting environments
- -Experienced in JIRA or other ALM tools to create a productive, high quality development environment
- -Managed projects on different technology platforms i.e. Legacy (mainframes) or Open systems (.Net, Java, etc), on different Operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux) and Databases
- -Expertise in using Microsoft Office Project for creating & maintain project plans
- -Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Project with overall ability for presentation-building.
- -Excellent presentations skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner; individually or in front of a group
- -Demonstrate leadership and influencing skills in strategic planning, priority setting and alignment of project and work priorities with business strategy and leaders across multiple organizations
- -Undergraduate degree required, MBA desired
