RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce High-Quality Design Artifacts
• Build and deliver consistent high-quality design artifacts including wireframes, concept sketches, pixel-perfect design comps, presentations and documentation.
• Comprehend complex business requirements and user stories.
• Deliver Projects / WorkProduce, review, critique and influence the direction of the Design deliverables and direction of various projects across multiple platforms / suite of products.
• Work cross-functionally with other managers and lead to ensure the quality and consistency of the work.
• Grow Individually within the technical / digital landscape
• Work on self-development to ensure relevance in an evolving digital landscape
• Stay on top of digital trends, emerging technologies and new tools to continually improve the team’s position as experts in usability.

TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

• Technical background in Interface Design, Graphic Design / Component Systems, Application Development and Responsive / Adaptive Design.
• Experience working in an Agile / SCRUM technical environment.
• Demonstrated peer leadership and project leadership.
• Industry knowledge of how technology evolves, usability trends and disruptive innovations to enable to team to remain continually relevant.
