REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:
- This position is responsible for providing schedule management and analysis for small IR&D or engineering projects or larger programs in a supporting role
- The analyst will support the development of the project/program time-phased cost and/or schedule baseline within the project/program parameters in conjunction with the project/program team
- The analyst will analyze project/program performance, monitor the project/program Estimate at Complete and/or scheduled completion date, and support recommendations made to project/program manager and leads
- The analyst is an individual contributor taking direction from a manager or team lead
- Work is closely supervised
- Assists in the development of a time-phased budget and/or schedule to meet all contract and program objectives
- Collects and updates program performance data, prepares and analyzes historical and predictive measures, and reviews results and recommendations with the program manager and program leads
- Maintains and statuses the project/program schedule
- Identifies and analyzes the project/program critical path and driving paths to schedule specific milestones
- Reviews results and recommendations with the program manager and program leads
- Assists in the preparation of program review documents and customer required documents
- Coordinates contract/program Estimate At Complete (EAC), risk and opportunity, and Management Reserve data with Finance organization as input into business financial commitments
- Updates program time-phased budget and/or schedule and required documents associated with internal and contract changes

- Works on one or multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Interfaces with program's Control Account Managers or IPT leads and the PM primarily at a single location
- Maybe a team contributor on a larger program or an EVMS requirement program

- Due to the nature of work performed, U.S. citizenship is required
