• Manage and assign support tickets
• Service tickets
• Field support phone calls
• Webspace creation/Wordpress installation (WHM)
• Woocommerce setup
• Wordpress configuration
• Wordpress plugins installation
• Wordpress child themes
• Wordpress page/post creation
• Wordpress theme HTML/CSS changes
• DNS manager (Will Train)
• Basic web server firewall administration (check for blocked ips) (Will Train)
• New website tutorials
• Pre/Post launch checklist
• Custom coding using wp actions in functions.php
