Job Description:

  • Understanding of legacy data warehouse - how it is used in companies, how to extract data efficiently
  • How legacy data warehouse schemas differ from BigQuery

  • Other differences between legacy data warehouse and Big Query (e.g. in handling of time zones, numeric formats, etc.)

  • Migration service currently works with Redshift and Teradata.

 

Skills/Experience Required 

  • Data warehouse Migration Service for BigQuery,

  • Exp in Legacy data warehouse, one of Netezza (P1), SQL Server (P2), or Oracle (P2).

  • Java coding experience
