Job Description:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, planning and execution of annual marketing plans, launch plans and digital lead generation campaigns to support assigned strategic business areas within CCL.
  • Partner with marketing colleagues to oversee the planning and creation of new marketing assets, sales materials, case studies and campaigns and to deploy marketing activities across various channels including digital, email, webinars, events, and social media.
  • Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to define KPIs for marketing campaigns & provide regular reporting; ensure the necessary tracking in in place to measure marketing-influenced pipeline activity.
  • Lead communication with internal partners across multiple functions on the prioritization and alignment of marketing activities for assigned business areas against overall business goals.
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders across the organization about marketing activities. Ensure daily trafficking of production details, schedules, metrics and budgets.
  • Work closely with agency partners, market research, sales and customer service to ensure alignment, collaboration and productivity for all projects.
  • Partner with globally dispersed regional sales and marketing teams to incorporate global perspective and regional market considerations into enterprise marketing efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to increase lead generation and revenue through the use of new marketing tools, tactics or platforms.

 

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Must have at least five years of experience developing and implementing strategic digital marketing either at an agency or corporate setting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
  • Experience in email marketing, B2B marketing and familiarity with Google Analytics strongly preferred.
  • Ability to teach others, collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide through change.
  • Analytical mindset, always looking for new ways of solving a problem and applying learnings from past experience.
  • A skilled writer and clear communicator with demonstrated ability to translate detailed content into impactful go-to-market materials, internal training/communications documents, web content and email campaigns.
  • Familiarity or demonstrated expertise in the enterprise B2B sales process and CRM system.
  • Expertise project management and organization skills including managing creative services, production schedules and budgets, and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with international clients (Europe and/or Asia) preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate/negotiate with internal and external clients.
  • Sound judgment and ability to act decisively.
