Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, other technical degree, or related experience
- 5+ years professional experience in commercial or web-scale system engineering
- 5+ years of experience in a scripting language such as Bash, Python, or Ruby
- 5+ years of professional experience in Linux system administration or development
- This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
- Experience in scalable Agile/SCRUM/Kanban enterprise-scale software development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem solving abilities
- Experience with deployment management tools such as Puppet, Chef, or Ansible
- Experience with a modern programming language such as C, C++, Java, or Go
- Understanding of network fundamentals
- Understanding of distributed storage performance challenges and their solutions
- Experience with secure system configuration and security principles
- Ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment
