Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 5 + years of System Analyst
• 5+ years of writing system specifications and designing solutions
• 3+ years of experience working in the different phases of development
• 2+ years of Relational Database experience
• Understanding of data gathering/analysis
• Experience working with Agile development methodology

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
• Proficiency with MS Project
• Proficiency with MS Visio
• Understanding of Rally tool for agile
• Proficiency with API design including X12 transactions formats and HL7

Additional Assets:

• Understanding of Java 8
• Understanding of Spring Framework, JMS, multi-threading, and XML (Xml Beans, JAXP or JAXB) is a plus
• Extensive experience in complex projects with division or company-wide scope
