Preferred Skills

• Exposure to software development lifecycle and software development methodologies. Experience with Agile/Scrum teams a plus. Write detailed user stories for new projects, capturing detailed descriptions of the business rationale, requirements, and success criteria that are defined by measurable outcomes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on problem-solving and building subject matter expertise.
• Desire to learn innovative/new technologies and keep abreast of trends.
• Desire to work on complex problems. Develops usable and technically superior solutions that are easily implemented.
