We are hiring for 'HR Recruiter / HR Executive' who would be responsible for end to end recruitment cycle for open positions.

Responsibilities:

• End to End recruitment; from interviewing till on-boarding of resources.
• Would be responsible to hire resources as per organization's requirements & within the defined timeline.
• Would be responsible to manage big volumes of open positions.
• Screen incoming applications and resumes for suitable roles.
• Interview candidates (via phone and in-person).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs.

Essentials Skills:

• Minimum 1 year to 3 years of recruitment work experience
• Must be graduate.
