• The framework doesn't matter as long as modern like React (not angular 1 or jQuery)
• GitHub
• Experience conducting peer reviews
• Node.js

• Relevant experience converting legacy to modern applications.
• Architecting front end not just hopped around doing spot work
• Client-side state management
• Single-page app
• Web pack

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with Containerized apps and CI/CD pipelines
• Unit testing - jest/mocha/jasmine (sp?)
• CSS, application theming
• WCAG accessibility standards
