Qualifications

We are looking for at least one year of specialized experience related to this position as described below:

• Knowledge of budget execution policies and procedures related to payroll
• Skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods to payroll and budgetary issues
• Knowledge of Office of Research and Development administrative operations
• Skill in quality assurance
• Skill in written communication
• Skill in oral communication
• Skill in tracking data trends
• Ability to negotiate conclusions toward developing a recommended plan of action.
