Key Responsibilities:

• Work with engineering team to design, execute, and document testing of components & systems for autonomous and semi-autonomous guidance and control of agricultural machinery
• Create standard test procedures for functional validation
• Generate detailed test reports of findings
• Manage field test data archive and testing of daily firmware builds using that data

Skills & Experience Required:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a willingness to work with changing requirements to deliver a quality product to the customer
• Problem-solving and time management skills with motivation and ability to work autonomously
• Experience with test and measurements, data acquisition and analysis of complex systems
• Understanding of communications buses such as CAN Bus, Serial, and Ethernet
• Experience with collecting and analyzing sensor data
• Ability to use electronic test equipment such as multimeter and oscilloscope
• Minimum 5 years experience in an engineering test, product development or other relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree in ME, EE, Physics or other relevant engineering field
