Measurement
- Maintains focus on campaign performance across multiple programs
- Understands measurement best practices for the industry and stay updated on trends
- Understands RSM's analytics systems and integrations at a high level, works with marketing analytics team to define specialized campaign reporting requirements (w/national marketing lead)
- Holds team accountable for meeting or exceeding established benchmarks and/or monitoring and optimizing programs to continually improve results
- Makes recommendations for underperforming campaigns, up to and including replacement/termination of campaigns
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or equivalent required
Required Technical/Soft Skills:
- Proficient to expert skills in website publishing, preferably Adobe Experience Manager
- Proficient in marketing analytics, including Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
- Basic to a proficient understanding of social media strategy, SEO and marketing automation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign execution, with a preference for experience in highly matrixes organizations
- Deep understanding of digital and content marketing trends, including practical experience implementing digital campaign strategies
- Experience leading teams directly or by the influence

- Exceptional client service attitude, with internal team members and stakeholders as well as the ultimate client (external audience)
- Ability to translate between practice and technical audiences
- Ability to motivate and lead through influence
