Job Description:

Measurement

  • Maintains focus on campaign performance across multiple programs
  • Understands measurement best practices for the industry and stay updated on trends
  • Understands RSM's analytics systems and integrations at a high level, works with marketing analytics team to define specialized campaign reporting requirements (w/national marketing lead)
  • Holds team accountable for meeting or exceeding established benchmarks and/or monitoring and optimizing programs to continually improve results
  • Makes recommendations for underperforming campaigns, up to and including replacement/termination of campaigns

 

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or equivalent required

Required Technical/Soft Skills:

  • Proficient to expert skills in website publishing, preferably Adobe Experience Manager
  • Proficient in marketing analytics, including Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
  • Basic to a proficient understanding of social media strategy, SEO and marketing automation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign execution, with a preference for experience in highly matrixes organizations
  • Deep understanding of digital and content marketing trends, including practical experience implementing digital campaign strategies
  • Experience leading teams directly or by the influence

Required Leadership Skills:

  • Exceptional client service attitude, with internal team members and stakeholders as well as the ultimate client (external audience)
  • Ability to translate between practice and technical audiences
  • Ability to motivate and lead through influence
  • Demonstrated ability to balance collaboration with accountability - holding team members responsible in all directions
