Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions to implement continuous integration & continuous deployment solutions for large-sized projects.
  • Guide the team to tackle, build & deploy automation solutions.
  • Design/Implement release orchestration solutions for these large-sized projects.
  • Perform pre-assessments to help the customer begin the DevOps journey.
  • Help in application onboarding to the defined target operating model to achieve build & release automation.
  • Participate/Lead E2E DevOps small customer assessment.
  • Participate in large assessments for data assimilation.
  • Participate/Lead DevOps transformation for an enterprise customer.
  • Provide solutions for RFP's.

 

Position

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-past development operations role with a minimum of 3 years DevOps experience creating and implementing DevOps pipelines and integrating tools and platforms.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally, and work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to build and implement continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) environments using tools such as Bamboo, Bamboo Specs, Jenkins 2.0, Artifactory, SonarQube, GIT Hub Enterprise, etc.
  • Experience creating CI/CD for applications in JAVA and .NET stack on AWS, Azure cloud or similar
  • Experience building pipelines utilizing Container platforms like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes
  • Experience building installation, configuration, administration, reporting of Atlassian tools Jira, Confluence as well as BitBucket/Stash/GitHub, Crowd
  • Experience integrating testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium Grid, SoapUI, Quest, Cucumber, Saucelabs, and others to the DevOps pipeline
  • Experience integrating security tools such as WhiteHat, NexusIQ, AppScan and Twistlock
  • Ability to document and train our IT & Engineering organizations on CI/CD best practices
  • Extensive experience in implementing pipeline as code using scripting languages such as Shell Scripting, Groovy DSL
  • Working experience of Agile/SCRUM/Kanban techniques
  • Experience with some of the following preferred: Vagrant, MySQL, NoSQL, SonarQube, Splunk or Graylog, Nagios or New Relic, Docker, Chef, Ansible
  • Ability to troubleshoot network services and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, AD, LDAP, SSH, SMTP, SSL, HTTP, IIS and Apache
