REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive experience in business analysis or similar role
• Experience working within a software development life cycle and delivering software products to customers (internal or external)
• Experience writing technical documentation is required
• Previous supervisory experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft development and database tools (Visual Studio, TFS or Azure DevOps, SQL Server) is preferred
• Experience working within an agile development process is preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college, preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related business field. Extensive work experience may be substituted.

• A proven ability to analyze end-user needs, make proactive recommendations to improve existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement

• Proven problem solver, with the ability to debug complex processes and applications

• Must be able to work independently and as a strong team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment running multiple projects simultaneously
