Position/Program Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of client facing experience or a blend of consulting and industry
Minimum Degree Required
- Bachelor's degree
Certification(s) Preferred
- Certification from a leading cloud or service management provider
Knowledge Preferred
As a Senior Associate, you have a basic understanding of one of both of the following areas:
- Cloud platforms and the technologies that make them work (for example, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- IT Service Management and how it is implemented across different operating models (ITIL, Service Now)
