Responsibilities
The Business Operations Analyst position requires a self-starter who can quickly learn our web-based technologies and support clients with a focus on quality and compliance. The ideal candidate for this position will be flexible, reliable, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Analysts work in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a growing team consisting of consulting and operations staff.
Specific Responsibilities:
- With the information gathered from the client(s), create, review, and test against business requirements and specifications.
- Analyze, prepare and process data for multiple clients across states utilizing Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and proprietary systems designed and hosted by PCG.
- Conduct policy and system functionality research, gathering sources and synthesizing this information into concise briefs.
- Perform detailed analysis.
- Create and send pre-determined reports to clients (includes school districts and state agencies).
- Troubleshoot possible issues and provide client support when needed.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including the ability to understand, organize, and communicate key points related to large data sets and interconnected systems
- Excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Reliability in accomplishing tasks within expected timeframes while ensuring end-to-end accuracy and quality with strong attention to detail
- Able to follow, critically evaluate, and improve upon current processes. Ability to recognize issues and identify solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office products, including Access and Excel. Experience with Jira, Azure, SAP Business Objects, and SQL a plus
- Ability to pick up new technology quickly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree required
