Job Description:

Essential Job Duties

  • Develop integrated marketing and communications strategies and associated plans, in collaboration with Poole College of Management brand strategy, to strengthen the reputation of the Jenkins Graduate Management Programs and drive admissions growth.
  • Collaborate with program and admissions and recruiting leads, college leadership and vendors to determine the optimal marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and delight applicants and students.
  • Oversee the creative process and production of print collateral.
  • Manage development and execution of internal communications needs for graduate students, alumni, faculty, staff (including career management staff), including student and alumni surveys.

 

DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CRM:

  • Supervise content creation and optimization of owned media, including social media and web properties.
  • Manage relationships with digital media vendor(s) to translate media strategy into an efficient plan.
  • Provide reporting/analytics/recommendations for optimization on marketing and media initiatives.
  • Manage the programs' lead flow and prospect communications.

 

Other Work/Responsibilities

  • The Associate Director of Marketing will also develop plans to launch new programs identified by the college; work directly with any new program launch to develop marketing and communications strategy and execution.

Minimum Experience/Education

  • Bachelors degree in a discipline related to the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education

  • A Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of five years of professional post-baccalaureate experience in marketing, admissions, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience in higher education admissions, marketing or communications at another university is strongly preferred.
