Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements and revises existing system logic difficulties as necessary under the direction of the Manager
- Acts a liaison between systems software development staff, management and system end-user
- Supports production and development activities within the department
- Creates low to medium level project plans in support of various system projects, upgrades and automation
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications - Excel and Access
- SQL experience
- Reporting experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or coursework in computer, finance, or business discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Project management experience
