Job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Operate, maintain and troubleshoot the statewide Identity and Access Management service, conduct and facilitate design sessions with agencies to capture detailed requirements that identify identity management user profile types, access management authentication methods, and any custom interfaces and/or workflow processes.
- Lead identity and access customers at the state, local government, and business levels through requirements gathering into implementation phases with system integrations.
- Ability to translate customer business and technical requirements into an engineered identity and/or access solution.
- Perform access policy creation/modification.
- Facilitate design sessions with agencies to capture detailed requirements of their identity management user profile types, user provisioning workflow, data access control, delegated administration, access management authentication methods, and any custom interfaces.
- Participate in the maintenance and support of the statewide Identity and Access Management service.
- Ability to design and engineer solutions that resolve operational issues.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies
work experience and credentials :
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management and security best practices.
- Knowledge of Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) and Reverse Proxy Authentication.
- Demonstrated ability to write documentation and customer instructions and to verbally communicate those instructions.
- The ability to diagnose and resolve production problems in a methodical and expeditious manner.
- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with cross-platform application integrations.
- Knowledge of LDAP and Meta directories.
- Basic project management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Web Services JavaScript, .NET, Perl, HTML, Shell Scripting.
