Responsibility Statements
- Support in campaign execution in conjunction with 1:1 communications and marketing operations to deliver the right message at the right time.
- Work with various teams to ensure delivery of accurate promotions to the customer in appropriate channels.
- Communicate additional prioritized process or technology needs related to measurement and marketing based on business value and stakeholder need.
- Work across teams to support development of test and learn campaigns and engage measurement partners where necessary.
- Identify gaps in customer experience and identify impacts on associates or other business stakeholders.
- Identify gaps in customer experience and identify areas of measurement needed to drive marketing campaigns, technology needs, and customer experience changes.
- Lead without authority to develop a complete measurement plan in conjunction with Data and Analytics, Digital Operations, Marketing Operations, and Consumer Insights.
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications,or Business.
- 1+ Years Marketing Experience.
Preferred Education/Experience
- 1+ Years Retail Experience
